Inside the Full-Year Programme

✅20 sessions; two semesters from September to April ; 50 hours of in-person; each session 2.5 hrs.
✅Access to County level match Programme with Middlesex schools’ cricket team with 50% scholarship (May to Aug)
✅Exclusive Access to Player management and Strength & Conditioning toolsets such as VOLT
✅Homework with 3 to 5 weekly workouts independently, including sprints and bowling-related exercises for continual progress.

Venue and Timings

Indoor sessions are held at Niksham School West London, 152 Syon Ln, Isleworth, TW75PN.
We run three training groups and players are asked to rank their sessions in order of priority: 12:00-14:30, 14:30-17:00, 17:00-19:30

We welcome fast bowlers of all genders who are aged between 11-21 to join our industry leading programme. Bowlers will work in smaller age-appropriate training groups within sessions. We select our intake based on both potential as well as existing talent so encourage all aspiring quicks to apply.

Middlesex Schools Cricket County level Developmet Programme

Middlesex Schools Cricket County level Developmet Program is a summer programme where our bowlers can impress on the biggest stage. MSC play matches against Representative sides in 40/50 over fixtures and 2-3 day Test matches. The teams tour domestically and play in tournaments against academies/counties/National Teams across the UK and the globe.

We are delighted to have a collaboration with Middlesex Schools Cricket to offer a summer programme where our bowlers can impress on the biggest stage. MSC play matches against Representative sides in 40/50 over fixtures and 2-3 day Test matches. The teams tour domestically and play in tournaments against academies/counties/National Teams across the UK and the globe.

Required Equipment for the programme

To get the most out of the program, we require all bowlers to have access to a standard commercial gym. If a gym is unavailable, the program can be adapted to a bodyweight-based routine. Additionally, bowlers will need weighted cricket balls, wall balls, and medicine balls. If you need assistance sourcing any of this equipment, we are happy to help.

Programme Fees:

Upfront Fee: £1995

Installment Fee: £2095

Total Programme Value (Total Days on Programme 185days)- based on £2095 fee

3000 minutes (50 Hours)- Indoor Coach Contact Time

180 minutes (3 Hours)- Outdoor Coach Contact Time

180 minutes- (3 Hours)-Online Guest Speaker Workshops

5040 minutes- 3 Hours per week S&C Tuition via Volt from 28th September-1st April (28 Weeks) (84 Hours)

141 Total Training Hours- Equates to just under £15 per Coaching Hour inclusive of kit, pitchwolf analysis and app subscriptions.

Scholarships

We want to make our Fast Bowling Programme as accessible as possible and are actively searching for external corporate sponsors.

Late Submissions

We run a reserve list for our academy. If there are spaces, bowlers will be able to join Pro-Rata from the date joined.
